As part of the International Youth Camp held under the theme “Reviving heritage and the role of art in spreading culture”, an 85-square-metre mural celebrating the twinning of As-Salt and Nablus was unveiled on Al-Khader Street.
Artists from Algeria, Morocco, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, and Jordan completed the mural over four days. The programme included a children’s workshop, folklore performances by the As-Salt Asala wa Turath and Kayan troupes, and a guided tour of the heritage trail.
